By accessing or using LearnStash (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Description of Service

LearnStash provides an online learning platform that offers:

User Responsibilities

As a user of LearnStash, you agree to:

Payment Terms

LearnStash offers subscription-based access with the following plans:

• 1-Week Trial - Introductory access
• 4-Week Plan - Monthly recurring subscription
• 12-Week Program - Quarterly recurring subscription

Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend access to premium features until payment is successfully processed. We will attempt to retry payment according to Stripe's retry schedule.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Refunds

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on LearnStash, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by LearnStash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Create derivative works based on our content

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or operate error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNSTASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnStash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may also delete your account data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Spanish law.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LearnStash
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our consent
