• First Purchase: Guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only
• Account Status: Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Choose one of the following methods:

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

• Confirmation: We'll send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours
• Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Payment Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Bank Processing: Your bank may require additional time to post the credit (typically 3-5 business days)

What Happens After a Refund

After your refund is processed:

• Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
• Your account will revert to the free tier (if available)
• You'll retain access to any free content and progress made during your subscription

Exceptions & Special Cases

Multiple Purchases

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only. If you've previously received a refund, subsequent purchases are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Account Suspensions

If your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

Partial Refunds
